I’m no graphic designer, but the Young Adult department at Bellevue Baptist Church asked me if I’d design some posters for their new year emphasis a year long journey through the Scriptures.
I designed four options. They chose the first two.

I spent last week traversing Memphis suburbs hanging posters. This is for an event called Soul Mate Live that Bellevue does every few months.
Hanging posters is one of my last acts as an intern at Bellevue.

Dodge. Ball.
A few weeks ago I had the opportunity to participate in a dodgeball tournament hosted by Bellevue Baptist Church.
Here are some phrases I would use to describe the experience: high velocity, intensity, former Yankees pitcher, competition, head shot, head ache, cat-like reflexes.
Bellevue Fireworks

Bellevue Baptist Church is large. They are able to do some cool stuff because of their size. And by ’stuff’ I am referring to a 20-minute fireworks display a couple of weeks ago to celebrate the 4th. Fifteen thousand people attended.
The weather was amazing (relatively speaking). Nothing like sittin’ back, eating a foot-long corn dog, listening to Big Daddy Weave, and watching fireworks with friends.
